Lynsey Ward- MA, NCC

Seeking out therapy for your child can seem overwhelming. As a clinician, I have a passion for working with youth and adolescents (6-18 yrs. old) who have experienced normal developmental miles and difficult life experiences. My hope is to work with your child in hopes of promoting health and healing as they navigate through life. I have experience with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, behavioral problems, grief and family conflict. There are several modalities of therapy I use to tailor treatment specific to the client including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy.

I desire to work alongside your family while helping guide your child to truly uncover, know and accept who they are. My hope is that through their personal therapy process, your child may come to appreciate the uniqueness of their personality, life-story, and overcome any challenges. We will work together to recognize their difficulties and understand their strengths. I am here to listen, problem-solve, and cheer your child on as they grow and process through their unique story.
